We work across the six equalities strands; Age, Race, Religion and Belief, Disability, Sexual Orientation, Gender. We also consider “cross cutting “issues for example, poverty, educational attainment, and experience with the justice system. We will develop and provide solutions which have their base in contemporary research and best practice.

Training needs analysis; : We will, through a variety of research tools identify specific training needs for your organisations, teams and people.
Diversity and equality training: We will design and deliver tailor made training programmes for teams and people.
Recruitment and Selection Strategies and Training: We will co-create effective recruitment, selection and career development policies and processes that reflect the principles of diversity and equality.
Dignity at Work: We will design and delivery training that will support the development of an inclusive environment in the work place, free from bullying and harassment of any kind..
Developing Diversity and Equality Metrics:‘what gets measured gets done‘ is a reality in the work place, so we will design and support the implementation of appropriate diversity and equality metrics.
Diversity and equality coaching: We will provide one to one coaching for people on diversity and equality. These programmes are designed around the person‘s development needs, taking into account their position, responsibilities and experience.
Research: We accept and deliver research commissions, as they relate to diversity and equality, from a broad range of organisations from both the public and private sector. We specialise in using qualitative methodologies.
