Cymbiosis is an ethical consultancy. We have a clear and transparent approach to our commissions. We treat every client with courtesy and respect. This extends to include:

• Training course participants
• Research respondents
• Service users or members of the public involved in research projects.

We develop and provide solutions which have their base in contemporary research and best practice. We do not use individuals or groups who attend our courses as conduits for the learning of others either by Cymbiosis trainers or co-training participants.

All information shared with Cymbiosis by the Client as part of a commission is treated in confidence. Cymbiosis works flexibly and responsively with clients on every commission, including research commissions. We encourage close liaison, communication and feedback throughout commissions in order to ensure that the objectives of the client are being met.
